One 60 minute in-person coaching session with a licensed registered nurse who engages with clients and families in coaching conversations throughout the continuum of illness through a holistic, heart-centered lens that honors your values and wishes. Includes Secure Messaging via e-mail or text messaging for quick questions in-between sessions. If you benefit from one-time or monthly support, we’ve got flexible subscription options below to make things easier and more consistent for you!
When nurses work from a coaching perspective focused on final stages of life, they help individuals and families to create goals that are based on what is most important to them.

Emotional Support: A compassionate space to express fears, hopes, and reflections
Care Planning: Help understanding care options, including advance directives, and/or hospice and palliative care.
Medication & Symptom Guidance: Support in understanding prescribed treatments and recommended interventions, always in collaboration with your healthcare team to optimize quality of life
Family Support: Coaching for loved ones to navigate caregiving, grief, and communication
Resource Navigation: Connection to community services, spiritual care, and evidence-based tools
Legacy & Meaning: Encouragement to explore life review, personal values, and preservation of dignity
We gladly accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for payment for Nurse Coaching, Prescribed SubQ or IM Injection Administration, and/or Lactation Nurse Specialist services.
